BCM let rural houses and cottages varying in price from £200 to £5,000 per calendar month. We have excellent links with all the relevant press and we have a register of tenants looking for such property. Our presence on primelocation.com and rightmove.com ensures robust internet coverage.

Our lettings service divides into two areas – letting and management. Our “find-a-tenant” service does exactly as it says whereas our full management service includes looking after the property for you during the tenancy.

We are also able to advise on the future letability of dwellings, the likely rent achievable and how to improve the property for the letting market.
