Land and estate management

BCM provide estate management services for clients with land holdings from 5 acres to 5,000 acres. Our clients are primarily, although not exclusively, private individuals and family trusts. We advise on all aspects of land holding concentrating on protecting and enhancing the capital value of the asset whilst also driving the maximum achievable income.

Our service is enhanced by the fact that many of our land management team have their own land holdings.

We are regularly brought in to carry out appraisals to review the current working of farms and estates and to advise how this can be improved in the future.
